Refund Policy — Tournal

This refund policy applies to purchases made from Rockhunters Project through the Tournal app, including optional one-time "Buy me a coffee" contributions.

30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you change your mind or are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with your order details, or email us at support@rockhuntersproject.com and we will help you arrange it. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Good to know

Contributions are one-time charges — there is nothing to cancel and no recurring billing.
Tournal's features are free and are never withdrawn if you request a refund.
Duplicate or accidental charges are refunded in full whenever you tell us about them.
